Description of the KIP

Come and join us at the comfy library, wear warm clothes as it could be chilly. There will be the Winter Woolly Bird Count going on at the same time to enjoy too (hunt around lower hutt CBD to see how many crochet/knitted birds you can see, collect the codes or send in pictures via Facebook and go in to win fun prizes!) . Meanwhile at the library we will have a knit and crochet circle making blanket sqaures to make blankets for Te Omanga Hospice our deserving local charity we are supporting this year.Please help us by making as many squares as possible to see how many blankets we can make them

What to bring
Your knitting needles or crochet hooks and a koha for charity (There is a cafe next door for snacks, the library will have chairs, & we will have a selection of yarn to make blanket squares
