Description of the KIP:
Knit In Public with a starter class from 11am-12pm taught by our awesome yarn volunteer, Tess! Stay all day for knitting and conversation, shop our reused yarn section (psst.. we might be having a sale), and enter our knitter’s raffle at SCRAP PDX. We will have a knitting station set up in our gallery and in our studio for knitters of all ages, skill level, and yarn types to knit the day away, in public! Let the world know you are a knitter and you’re proud of it with SCRAP PDX!
What to bring:
Bring snacks and drinks to keep you happy, chairs will be provided. Please bring or purchase yarn and needles for extended knitting projects. Some yarn will be provided.
No backup plan needed, SCRAP PDX has hosted WWKIPD many times and we are set to go.
Is this KIP going to be exclusive to knitting?
