Description of the KIP
Join us at Riverwalk Market Fair from 9 am – 1 pm for the annual Worldwide Knit in Public Day! Crocheters, spinners, and other fiber artists are also welcome! We will have a tent in Bridge Square as part of the Riverwalk Market Fair, and you are invited to bring your current project and craft with us! Come anytime between 9 am – 1 pm and stay as long as you like.
NEW THIS YEAR: The first 30 people to join us at our tent will receive an adKnits “Public Knitter” merit badge! We also plan to have our Addi knitting machine on site for demonstrations.
What to bring
We’ll have some camp chairs available, but if you’re able to bring your own, please do!
Backup plan:
In case of inclement weather, you are welcome to join our regular weekly Open Stitch session from 10 am – noon at Northfield Yarn, 314 Division Street S, just a couple of blocks away from Bridge Sq.
