Check in at the Administration Building – the low stone building with blue trim as you walk up from the parking lot. From there you will be able to find your favorite spot to sit and knit.
Description of the KIP
The Harriton Association celebrates World Wide Knit in Public Day! Join us for an informal knit-in at historic Harriton House on Saturday, June 10th from 10 am – 4:00 pm. Harriton feature lovely places to sit and knit in public both out and inside. Bring a friend and visit with fellow yarn enthusiasts. The Association will provide folding chairs and light refreshments. Stay the whole day or drop in for a few hours. We will have designated tables for a yarn swap and a selection of donated artisanal yarn for sale to benefit the Association.
What to bring
You may wish to bring a an umbrella and a chair. The chairs we provide are standard folding chairs.
