Description of the KIP:
We will be having a knitting scavenger hunt as we cafe/shop-hop our way around town. The pattern, Do it in the Road, can be found on Ravelry & at http://www.yumiyarns.com for $2. The pattern includes options for a shawl or socks, either way you only need 1 skein of fingering-weight yarn. The pattern clues will be given out at each stop throughout the day and they will be posted online.
If you are local to the Sioux Falls area, we would love for you to join us whether or not you are participating in the KaL. The more the merrier! Crocheters welcome.
See Directions section for schedule of events.
What to bring:
Bring a good attitude & a project that you enjoy!
The cafes that we are visiting are usually busy on Saturdays, so please plan to support them by buying something to eat or drink while we are there.
Since all our locations have an indoor option we don't have a back-up plan. If you can't find the group for some reason, please stop by or call Athena Fibers. Someone there will be able to direct you.
Is this KIP going to be exclusive to knitting?
Are there any bathrooms nearby?
