Description of the KIP:
WWKIP Day is the kickoff for Knitty City’s free summer knitting program in Bryant Park on Tuesdays, from June 20 – August 29, 1:30 – 3:00.
We teach beginners to knit, and provide materials for making “Found But Not Lost” scarves to be distributed on Valentine’s Day. ON WWKIP Day, we encourage you to enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the park. If you don’t have a project, help us make scarves.
BTW, Bryant Park has the BEST public restrooms in the entire city.
What to bring:
Friends, food, and your current WIP. If you want to contribute yarn for our “Found, But Not Lost” scarves, please bring.
Sorry, no rain date!
Is this KIP going to be exclusive to knitting?
Are there any bathrooms nearby?
