Come to the beautiful, new library. There is plenty of parking. First floor.

Description of the KIP:

Beginners and long time knitters! Talking, teaching, laughing. If you have never knit, but want to learn, please come.
We will be celebrating Baton Rouge’s Bicentennial and knitting with red yarn too!
Project yarn bomb is underway too. Knitters are asked to knit red washcloths, scarfs, hats, etc. to use in a yarn art installation at the library. These works of art will then be given away in December.

What to bring:
Bring your knitted pieces to share. There will be a display of knitting books available at the library for check out. You may want to bring your bottle of water. The library will have comfortable chairs.
