World Wide Knit in Public Day

Pendleton Knit in Public Day

Date: June 10, 2017. Time: 10:30- 2:00-ish

We will meet here:

Brownfield Park

Corner of Main and Court Streets

United States

This is a small park. You won't miss us. Just drive up Main Street.

Description of the KIP:

We will have pop-up awnings set up for shade. We're just going to knit and spin and socialize. Pendleton can be hot in June, or cold, you never know. Watch the forecast and dress appropriately. If you're a beginner, someone will no doubt volunteer to teach you…we're just that way.

What to bring:
Bring a chair to sit in and your own drinks and snacks. There are several restaurants on Main Street for a lunch break.

Backup plan:

If the weather is bad, we'll go up the street to the Pendleton Center for the Arts, across the bridge to the north.

Is this KIP going to be exclusive to knitting?
Are there any bathrooms nearby?
Yes, Free
