Mt. Lebanon is in the S. Hills of Pittsburgh and the library is visible from the intersection of Washington Rd. and the end of Castle Shannon Blvd. just south of the shopping district.

Description of the KIP:

Calling all knitters, or anyone who wants to learn or observe! Join Mt. Lebanon Public Library's Knitting and Crochet Group in our Courtyard as we celebrate World Wide Knit in Public Day. "Better living through stitching together!" is the motto of WWKIPDAY, the largest knitter run event in the world. Drop in at any time during the event. Needles and yarn will be available if you'd like to give it a try! Snacks and drinks will be available. All are welcome.

What to bring:
Bring your own project to work on, or use our supplies (yarn and needles available).

Backup plan:

Rain or shine. In case of rain, we will knit inside the library (near the Mind, Body, Spirit area and magazines).
