Lost City Knits celebrates Deep Roots – Patterns Inspired by the Tallgrass Prairie, at The Bank Art Space in Matfield Green, Kansas. The book features six patterns by Denise and complimentary essays and photographs by Chris, all set in one of the most quietly beautiful places in the country.Denise’s patterns range from hardcore lace to playful colorwork. Chris’ photographs and essays focus on the places and people in and around Chase County, Kansas. We will have the book and finished garments on hand, as well as some of our yarns.
This is also a WWKIP! Bring your handwork and stay a while!
What to bring:
Bring your handwork and maybe a folding chair to sit in the sunshine and knit.
In case of rain we’ll remain inside the space.
