Description of the KIP
Knit in Public Louisville! Knitters, handworkers and makers – please join the Louisville, Colorado KNIT IN PUBLIC DAY at Moxie! Limited number of donated knitting projects (yarn and bamboo needles in project bag) for will be available. Materials for hats, scarves or shawls will be offered to knitters who lost their stash in the Marshall Fire or those seeking the comfort of handwork. Please join us and let ‘s get to know one another.
What to bring
Your WIP (work in progress), water and appropriate dress for the day. Limited seating and shelter available. If you want to teach a newly, bring an extra yarn and some patience.
Backup plan:
We will knit on unless the weather is truly inclement. We won’t be there in case of very high winds, severe rain or big snow. You just never know in Colorado.
