Description of the KIP
Celebrate the centennial of the Nineteenth Amendment, marking Suffrage for (white) women and the pioneers who made it possible: brave women, men who championed the cause, and the Haudenosaunee women who served as mentors.
Sharing of Fiber Arts, Community, and Friendships (old and new).
Spinning, knitting, crocheting, weaving. fiber animals – spotlighting some angora rabbits and local fiber and sources. Youth groups participate with special projects.
Nancy Lubera has promised us another fabulous knitting-themed cake and local businesses provide refreshments.
