We are located in Lancaster City centre, on New Street, next door to Fabrix and opposite Lewis’s Cafe.
Description of the KIP
Our team will be sitting and knitting or crocheting in the window in between serving customers – our guests will be welcome to sit and knit (and crochet) just outside on our bustling street with two cafes who have outdoor seating. It is just a great day to sit with our fibre friends and inspire one another and the many passers-by. If any newbies pop by and want to get some basics under their belts we will be here to help!
What to bring
We do have some chairs but if you have a camp chair you love, feel free to bring it along. There are two cafes on the road to help keep you fed and watered. Wool, hook and needles are also useful!
Backup plan:
We will just decamp to the shop or inside Lewis’s – or both depending on how many of us there are and we will make stuff – in public – coz we can!
