Description of the KIP

Combining Knitting in Public with Reusing & Upcycling, we’ll have yarn, needles and notions on hand and show you how to make Twiddlemuffs – “Twiddlemuffs (or twiddlemitts) are knitted hand-warmers that provide sensory stimulation for people living with dementia. They keep restless hands busy and soothe and comfort those who are anxious or agitated.” (Source:
Or just join us for a natter, with or without your own project. Children welcome.

What to bring
If you have your own project, bring that with you. You may like to bring your water bottle.
