Please feel free to set up in front of the Centre or in our backyard. You can also join us via Zoom to share your experience with us safely 🙂
Description of the KIP
With our big beautiful back yard and spacious sidewalk, there is plenty of space to enjoy knitting in public and safely social distance. Please have a mask on hand just in case you need to move around or pop inside to use the bathroom. There will be a sign in sheet for contact tracing and sanitizer upon arrival. We welcome anything with sticks and string — knitting, spinning, rug hooking, weaving, quilting, hand-stitching, embroidery, etc.
We will have into crochet kits and instruction available if you would like to start your sticks and string journey with fibre with us.
What to bring
Please pack your own lunch or snack, bring a chair or blanket and your current project (or register for a kit).
If it’s raining we will try for Sunday, June 13. If it rains Sunday we’ll see you next year.
Is this KIP going to be exclusive to knitting?
Are there any bathrooms nearby?
