Description of the KIP:
This is our 4th Annual Mitten State Knit-In Celebrating WWKiP, benefiting Mittens for Detroit. It’s a fun, relaxing day – you’ll sit on comfy chairs and couches in the beautiful Leon & Lulu. Doorprizes and demonstrations throughout the day. Climate controlled – no need to bring an umbrella! All knitters and crocheters… and their friends and family … are welcome! Partners are The Yarn Stop, Woolly & Co., and Black Sheep Knitting Guild. Your $10 registration fee is tax-deductible, and Leon & Lulu will donate a percentage of the day’s sales. Proceeds funds new mittens and gloves next winter!
